Binge Eating

All this time we have talked about what to eat and what not to eat. Despite the fact that this is only part of the solution to good diet. This is something that we also need to talk about. What we have is not talked about habits. When you should and should not eat. It is equally important as what you can eat. Why is it important? This is important because you do not want to binge eat. I always have some cutting ice VEGGIES box incase do. In this way, all I have to do is to discard them in a pan and boil away. It has the same amount of time to cook, that as a cook something else. I do the same with dinner. I'll try to prepare whatever I can the day before. In this way, if I am too tired, all I have to do is put things together. I may also be made during the dinner I make my lunch.

What does it mean to make my lunch before I go to bed? Well, there are no cows. What, then, I will prepare all the things you need in advance. I do this when I am using a crock pot. I simply put things in the crock pot in the morning, before I go to work. I set it, and then I head to work. When at home, I have a hot meal waiting for me. Bad Food

In this day and age of heart disease, but all must be careful. Did you know that 50% of men die from heart disease? It is sad but true. It is important to see what you can eat. Actually, lard is better for you. People tend to use this type of fat, because it has a long durability. The good things will remain for ever. Personally, I hate this stuff. I do not see why anyone would like it. I think that the awful taste, and believes that awful in my mouth.
Deep fried foods. Avoid such as the plague. It is said that when something is deep fried, changes in its DNA. I do not know how it is the truth. I know that deep-fried foods were associated with cancer.


Refined flour and store bought flour. This has been bleached and everything under the sun to be done. When this happens, all good things with it removed. The reason why is eating, have been stolen from you. Stick to a good whole wheat. This is what is best for you.

White rice. I would like Piss off most of the world if I said that you should never ever eat this stuff. Well, I have to say that brown rice is better for you. Brown rice has all the elements of white and no more. You can mix with brown, white, if you are still not used to eating brown rice.

Sugar. It's not really thinking. Please try to consume as little can possibly be. In addition, fructose is a building block for cholesterol. Keep that in mind when you are next to soda cans.

Canned soups. They are almost always loaded with salt. If you want to buy these, make sure that those who are low in salt. If you Craving for the soup, or a local deli makes the soup. It will be lower in salt. This will be your heart happy.
